A. Yes, we require renter’s insurance to protect your personal belongings in the unlikely event something happens. If you do not provide proof of insurance, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our insurance program for $10.95 per month. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer a free roommate matching program. In your application, you’ll complete a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate fit.

A. Yes, furry friends are welcome! They’re roommates too. Simply add your pet’s information in your application to register. There is a monthly pet rent, and some breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the office for more information.

A. To submit a work order, visit our website or log in to the ResidentPortal app to place your request. For maintenance emergencies, please call the office right away.

A. Our leases are individual leases, which means you’re only financially responsible for your own space. If your roommate transfers schools or moves out, you won’t be responsible for their portion of the rent.
